If you use the contact form after production delivery is enabled, Reformeta may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, problem description, impact and timing. Hosting and security providers may also process basic technical logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
How we use information
Information is used to understand and respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, evaluate whether Reformeta can help with a technology problem, and improve the quality of our services and website experience.
Service providers, form security and sharing
Reformeta may use service providers for website hosting, form delivery, security or similar operational functions. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side abuse controls to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated or abusive traffic. Cloudflare and hosting providers may process basic network, browser and device signals needed to provide those protections. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those functions or when required by law. Reformeta does not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The current production-readiness baseline does not enable optional analytics or advertising technologies. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before they are enabled.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business needs, security or legal obligations. No system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards should be used for information handled by the website and its providers.
